ALCOHOL SALES & POLICIES +
RJS works hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Fans should be aware of the following alcohol policies:
All guests purchasing alcohol must be prepared to show valid identification. Alcoholic beverages will be limited to two per person per purchase * Policies may vary per event without notice. Alcoholic beverage sales at portable and permanent concessions stands on the main and upper concourses will cease at the beginning of the fourth quarter of a football game or its equivalent at other events. The club section, however, may serve alcohol until the end of the event. Guests passing alcohol to minors or guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected or subject to arrest. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring in alcohol will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or having their ticket(s) revoked. Legends reserves the right to refuse services at any point in time to any patron that they deem as intoxicated. No alcohol may be taken out of the stadium.
Depending on the stand, all alcohol sales will be stopped at the end of the 3rd Quarter – start of the 4th Quarter.
ANIMALS +
SERVICE ANIMALS FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES ARE ALLOWED ON RJS PROPERTY. These are animals that fall into the ADA definition of a Service Animal which are “animals that are trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability.” ALL OTHER ANIMALS including the provision of emotional support, comfort, or companionship which do not constitute work or tasks for purposes of this definition ARE PROHIBITED.
ARRESTS & EJECTIONS +
It is our goal to avoid ejections or arrests as much as possible; however, it is of primary importance that each guest be able to enjoy a quality stadium experience while in attendance. We will enforce rules and regulations and eject or remove an individual from the stadium, without refund, when they do not abide by policies, rules or generally accepted standards of behavior that are consistent with safety or security. ATTIRE +
Raymond James Stadium is an open-air facility which is subject to inclement weather, spills and crowds and varied surfaces including grass, concrete, tile, carpet, ramps, escalators, stairs and curbs. All guests should wear non-slip footwear to allow them to navigate around the Stadium and its surrounding premises during all possible conditions. High heeled and/or platform shoes, sandals, flip-flops, roller shoes and open toed shows are not recommended footwear for the Stadium and its surrounding premises. Those who choose to wear non-recommended footwear do so at their own risk. Shirts are required for entry please note that tank tops, crop tops, bikini tops, and other like tops provided they offer appropriate body coverage in accordance with the public nature of events. No vulgar language, images or clothing can be worn, or you will be asked to change the shirt (at your own cost) or turn the clothing inside out.
REVERSE ATMS +
Reverse ATM’s are located inside the stadium on the main concourse near Section 143 and outside the stadium next to the Box Office on Bucs Beach between the Suzuki Marine Gate and the Fifth Third Bank Gate. ALL RETAIL & FOOD/BEVERAGE LOCATIONS WILL BE CASHLESS. REVERSE ATMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT SELECT LOCATIONS TO CONVERT CASH TO A UNIVERSAL USE VISA VALUE CARD.

BAG POLICY +
A No Bag policy is in effect for all events at Raymond James Stadium. Guests are only permitted to bring in one clutch purse no larger than 4.5” by 6.5”. Please return all other bags to your vehicles or take advantage of the storage lockers available for rent on Tom McEwen Blvd, south of Gate Suzuki Marine.
Fans who refuse to be wanded will not be admitted into Raymond James Stadium.

Only hand-held signs will be permitted into RJS as long as they meet the following guidelines:
All signs must be 11" x 15" or smaller to enter.
Signs can’t be made of wood or metal
The content of the sign is event-related and in good taste as determined by the Tampa Sports Authority

Signs can’t obstruct another guest’s view or stadium signage; they may not be attached to rails or other signs

BICYCLE PROGRAM +
Bicycle racks are located in front of the chain link fenced area, adjacent to each Dock area (A,B,C,D). The stadium is not responsible for the loss of bicycles.
BOTTLES, CANS & BEVERAGE CONTAINERS +
For safety reasons, guests are prohibited from entering RJS with any glass or plastic bottles, cans, thermoses or hard-sided containers of any size or style. Guests in possession of bottles or cans may recycle them at the gate or return them to their vehicles.

Cameras longer than 12 inches (includes body, lens and filter) are not permitted; camera bags and cases are not permitted. Video recorders and GoPros are prohibited. ** Policies may vary per event without notice.*

CLUB LOUNGES +
There are two exclusive clubs located on the east and west side of the stadium. The 60,000 square foot Hyundai West Club, has 178 4K video monitors, HD video walls at each end and an LED ribbon board.
The newly renovated East Stadium Club has a premium 10,000-square foot sports bar named Bar 76 – a reference to the team’s inaugural 1976 season, and features 76 varieties of beer. In addition to Bar 76, the new 64,000-square foot club lounge includes two sleek bars and HD video walls at each end.

CONCESSIONS +
For large events, RJS has 47 concession stands to give guests nearly 600 points of sale for food and beverage service. All food and beverage locations will be cashless. Reverse ATMs will be available at select locations to convert cash to a universal use visa value card. Please note that not all concession stands may be open for an event. In the event of an emergency, guests will be asked to exit the stadium and return to their vehicles. For safety reasons, they will be directed to walk immediately across one of the perimeter streets surrounding the stadium, which include: Dale Mabry Hwy, Himes Ave, Tom McEwen Blvd, Tampa Bay Blvd, or MLK Blvd. or return to their vehicles in the North stadium lots. All guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should visit a Guest Services booth. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should contact the Stadium Office at 813-350- 6500 during regular business hours. Lost items are brought down to the Stadium Office by the end of each event. You can save time by filling out this form to claim your item if found by clicking here.

LOST CHILD/FAN +
Guests are encouraged to instruct children in their group to find an event staff member if they become lost or separated from their group. Lost children or fans will be taken to the nearest Guest Services booth. The party looking for the child or person should follow the same procedure. As a preventive measure, all Guest Services booths inside the stadium offer the Tag-A-Fan Program. The Tag-A-Fan program returns lost children/fans to their ticketed seat. Free ID bracelets display the fan’s seat location, making it easy for event staff and law enforcement to reunite separated parties. To locate a lost child/fan or to sign up, go to the nearest Guest Services booth or notify event staff.

MEDICAL NEEDS +
If you have medical/special needs, please contact the Stadium Office in advance by emailing us or click the button below to fill out a special needs request form online. PATRONS WITH MEDICAL NEEDS SHOULD ACCESS THE STADIUM THROUGH THE DISABLED ENTRANCES AT THE FORD GATE & SUZUKI MARINE GATE FOR GENERAL TICKET HOLDERS and the East and Hyundai West Club gates for club and suite ticket holders. All medically necessary bags and items will be screened. First aid locations can store medical/special need(s) items that are not permitted in the seating areas (see First Aid) under the following guidelines: Guest must submit a physician's letter one week in advance and bring the letter to the event, items being carried in are not items sold in the stadium, conatainer is soft-sided and no larger than the size of a lunch box, and the contents include no alcohol, glass, metal, or frozen items. Prescription medications for medical reasons will be stored in the nearest first aid room. Complimentary cups of ice are available at concession stands and bottled water can be purchased as well. Water fountains are located throughout the stadium.

MERCHANDISE/TEAM STORE +
A 10,000 square-foot team store is located in the Hyundai West Stadium Club and home to the largest selection of Buccaneers merchandise anywhere. Go to shop.buccaneers.com for dates and hours of operation. Hours are subject to change pending Raymond James Stadium events. On the main concourse there are four permanent merchandise booths located near Sections 107, 109, 114, 132, 134, and 139. There is one permanent merchandise store, in the East Club located across from Section 235. In the upper concourse, permanent merchandise stands are located near Sections 305, 306, 330 and 341. One merchandise location located at Bucs Beach (South endzone). Merchandise locations may vary, depending on the event. Check with Guest Services for a list of merchandise locations. All retail locations will be cashless. Reverse ATMs will be available at select locations to convert cash to a universal use visa value card.

MOBILE TICKETS +
Mobile tickets can be stored on mobile devices and scanned at the gates. For multiple mobile tickets on one device, we would suggest electronically forwarding your tickets to your guests in advance, in order to provide them with the most efficient entry into the building. Your guests can choose to forward the ticket or have the ticket scanned on their smart phone for entry. Once entering the stadium, each guest will need their own mobile ticket. Patrons should turn the brightness on their mobile device screen to the brightest level. There will be no printed tickets.

THE Nursing Mothers rooms will be located on the Main Concourse in Quad B/Section 143-144 and Quad D/Section 118-119. They are also LOCATED in the East and West Club, located at Section 216-217 (Quad D) and 241/242 (Quad B).

PARKING +
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are approximately 10,000 spots on-site, as well as 15,000 off-site. Patrons pay for parking upon entrance into the lot. All parking lots require cashless payment. All vehicles that enter RJS property are subject to search. Prices vary each event, as do designated lots for different types of vehicles (motorcycles, buses, campers, limos, etc.). Follow the directions on the message boards on the roadways leading to the stadium for reserved, general or disabled lots. Advance parking is available for Buccaneers, Bulls, Outback Bowl and select other events. Contact USF, the Buccaneers or the Outback Bowl for more information on advance parking.

PIRATE SHIP +
Built in 1998, the pirate ship is owned by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It is designed to scale as a replica of an 1800’s ship. The actual pirate ship is closed to the public during events. RAMPS +
ADA compliant ramps are used as guest entrances into the stadium and are located at each gate area extending from the ground floor to the main concourse and to the upper concourses. Escalators are built into the ramps allowing for easier access to all floors.
RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM +
Raymond James Stadium opened on September 20, 1998. After almost 21 years and countless events and NFL games, including hosting two Super Bowls in 2001 and 2009, a comprehensive renovation of Raymond James Stadium began in 2016. The multi-stage renovation plan is expected to exceed $180 million. The first stage was completed prior to the Buccaneers’ 2016 season and was highlighted by the installation of state-of-the-art HD video boards and four HD tower video displays. Also included were two HD ribbon boards, a distributed sound system and the renovation of all luxury suites, including development of the Hall of Fame Club.
Phase 2 was completed in 2017 with the complete renovation of the Hyundai West Club, which was made 25% larger giving it a capacity of 60,000 square feet, with 178 4K video monitors, HD video walls at each end and an LED ribbon board. A 10,000 square-foot team store and a new 18,000 square foot home locker room were also completed prior to the 2017 season.
The final phase was completed prior to the 2018 season and featured a complete renovation of the East Club with a premium 10,000-square foot sports bar named Bar 76 — a reference to the team’s inaugural 1976 season. In addition to Bar 76, the new 64,000-square foot East Club includes two sleek bars and HD video walls at each end of the club lounge.

RJS is equipped with 88 public restrooms and 10 family restrooms located throughout the stadium and a total of 1,003 fixtures. With one fixture for every 61 people, restroom lines are minimal.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE +
For roadside assistance in the parking lots, call the Stadium Office at 813-350-6501, raise your car hood, or notify an officer at any lot entrance. Assistance includes gas, lockout, and dead battery.
RV'S & CAMPERS +
For all RJS events, except Buccaneers games, RVs, buses, and campers are allowed to park on stadium property in Lot 8.
During Buccaneers games, RVs must park in Lot 14. RVs, buses, and campers are not permitted to stay on stadium property overnight.

Distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials is prohibited at RJS and within its parking lots without the explicit permission of the event presenter, team or stadium operations staff. This includes any exchange of money while on the complex, including the solicitation for donations to charities, teams or clubs and sale or peddling of any product/food/drink. Any guest who persists in soliciting while on the stadium property and in the parking lots will be subject to ejection or, as necessary, arrest and having all materials confiscated. The Stadium Office is located in the South Plaza between Gates Suzuki Marine and FIFTH-THIRD BANK next to the Ticket Office. The Stadium Office’s number is 813-350-6500 during normal business hours and on game days it is 813-350-6501. Fans can also reach the office by TDD Phone at 1-800-955-8771.
STANDING +
Fans that enter RJS are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat indicated on their ticket. When fans stand, they block the view of fans behind them. It is not the intent to limit fans’ enjoyment of the game, but continuous standing in seating areas will not be permitted. Guests may choose to stand and watch the game in the end zone plazas, club lounges, or concourses. Please follow the directions of ushers and security.
STROLLERS +
Strollers are not permitted into the stadium.
STORAGE LOCKERS +
Storage lockers are available on-site during all events for guests to use to secure their belongings that do not comply with the Stadium Bag Policy. For a small fee, fans have the option of renting a locker for their bag or personal items, rather than walking such items back to their vehicle. The storage lockers are located along Tom McEwen Blvd., just southeast of Gate Suzuki Marine (Tampa Bay Blvd. becomes Tom McEwen Blvd. between Dale Mabry Hwy & Himes Ave).
SUITES +
RJS has three private suite levels featuring 134 air-conditioned luxury suites, which include fully retractable windows, multiple televisions, private bar, private restrooms, and seating for 8-36 guests. TAG-A-FAN +
The TAG-A-FAN program returns lost children/fans to their ticketed seat. Free ID bracelets display the fan’s seat location making it easy for event staff and law enforcement to reunite separated parties. To locate a lost child/ fan or to sign up, go to the nearest Guest Services booth or notify event staff.
TAILGATING +
Tailgating is permitted in stadium parking lots. However, please respect fellow fans by only occupying one 10’ x 24’ parking spot; saving spaces is not permitted. Tailgating Must Cease at Kickoff. Amplified Sound Systems/Use of Radios/Audio Devices with External Speakers at Loud Levels or Inappropriate Language is Prohibited. Tailgate party must be approved by the licensee renting the facility and stadium management. Party must be covered by the licensee's insurance or the entity holding the party mustprovide Authority with the proper coverages. The proper parking fee must be paid for each space that is utilized. Entity hosting the party is responsible for any costs associated with the party (tents, retsroom facilities, tables, chairs, power, water, security, food, beverages, etc.) including any permits that may be required. Tailgating should only take place directly behind each fan’s own vehicle. Blocking other spots, walkways or any aisle ways with tents, trailers, chairs, coolers or barbeques is not allowed. Drive lanes must be left clear for emergency vehicles at all times.
TAMPA SPORTS AUTHORITY +
The Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) is the manager of Raymond James Stadium. The Authority was created on May 28, 1965, for the purpose of planning, developing and maintaining a comprehensive complex of sports and recreational facilities for the Tampa Bay area. The TSA also operates three city of Tampa owned public golf courses: Babe Zaharias, Rocky Point, and Rogers Park. The TSA also manages the new Hillsborough County Tournament Sportsplex and is the landlord for Amalie Arena and Steinbrenner Field.

Stadium tours are offered most Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and select Fridays at 2:00 p.m. (see the tour schedule online). Reservations are required for stadium tours. Please note that tours on the week of an event are subject to cancellation. Private group tours are offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and select Fridays at 10:00 a.m. Groups must have a minimum of 10 guests to make a reservation and be booked at least two weeks in advance. Unauthorized vendors (without proper credentials) are not permitted on Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) property. In addition, access to the stadium perimeter road will only be given to vehicles that have vehicle movement passes and arrive prior to gate opening (guest gates). Vehicle movement on the stadium perimeter road will stop 15 minutes prior to gate opening for an event.

We have four veranda tailgates, two located outside of each club entrance. The space is available to rent for private parties, tailgates and more. Please contact Legends at 813-350-6422 for more information.
