Sunset Music Festival

Health and Safety – Working Staff Responsibility

By your participation in the Sunset Music Festival (the “Event”), being produced by Heartbeat International Foundation, Inc. and Sunset Music Presents, LLC (together, “Sunset”), at the Raymond James Stadium (the “Stadium”) you acknowledge having read the below health and safety terms (“Terms”), understand their meaning and agree to them.

Working Event staff, including Sunset employees, third-party personnel (e.g., contractors, service providers, media, and broadcasting networks), must provide written confirmation to each individual's respective employer that he/she agrees to comply with each item listed below.  Each employer will then be responsible for providing a list of those employees to Sunset on a daily basis.  Each employee agrees as follows:

1.     Stay home when feeling ill, when exposed to COVID-19 (e.g., positive household member case), or if diagnosed with a confirmed case of COVID-19;

 

2.     Employees with new COVID-19 infection (regardless of presence or absence of symptoms) must immediately report their change in status to Sunset;

 

3.     Sunset employees must immediately notify Sunset if they suspect they have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19;

 

4.     Non-Sunset/third-party personnel must immediately notify their employer if they suspect they have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19, and in such case, their employer shall notify Sunset immediately thereafter;

 

5.     Sunset employees who are particularly vulnerable to COVID-19 according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) (e.g., due to age or underlying conditions) are encouraged to stay home and should report their underlying conditions in advance to Sunset to properlyassess risk of returning to work;

 

6.     Non-Sunset/third-party personnel who are particularly vulnerable to COVID-19 according to the CDC (e.g., due to age or underlying conditions) are encouraged to stay home and should report their underlying conditions in advance to their employer, and their employers shall notify Sunset immediately thereafter, to property assess risk of returning to work;

 

7.     Abide by health screening, physical distancing, cleaning and disinfecting, and personal protective equipment (PPE), and hygiene guidelines outlined in these Terms and established by Sunset;

 

8.     Practice recommended physical distancing to the greatest extent possible (i.e., “farther is safer”);

 

9.     Wear a face covering while on the Stadium grounds and in public to help protect against the spread of the COVID-19;

 

10.   Increase hygiene practices (e.g., wash hands/use hand sanitizer frequently, avoid touching face, practice good respiratory etiquette, etc.); 

 

11.   Clean and disinfect all frequently touched personal items including cellphones, keys, etc.; and

 

12.   Must not share any personal items with other individuals, and to the extent possible, avoid communal use of materials, devices, or supplies.
