DON’T WAIT UNTIL THE GATE!

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE BUCCANEERS APP +

Open the official Buccaneers App on your mobile device.

iPhone users, select TICKETS on the bottom navigation bar.

Android users, select the menu icon in the top left and then select TICKETS from the menu.

STEP 2: ACCESS TICKETS+

Select the MY TICKETS button.

STEP 3: LOG IN+

Select SIGN IN TO BUCS and Log in using the email address and password associated with your Buccaneers Account Manager.

STEP 4: MANAGE TICKETS+

Select SIGN IN TO BUCS and Log in using the email address and password associated with your Buccaneers Account Manager.

STEP 5: YOUR TICKET+

You will see a red line moving back and forth on the barcode. This indicates you have a “live” ticket. Screenshots will not be valid for entry. Swipe to have each ticket on your account scanned. Parking will display a QR code to be scanned at entry to your lot.

STEP 6: YOU'RE ALL SET!+

We encourage you to retrieve your SECURE DIGITAL TICKET before arriving to the stadium for ease of access.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is secure digital ticketing? +

Your secure digital ticket has a new barcode that updates every 15 seconds. Screenshots of this dynamic barcode will NOT get you into the event. It must be a live ticket on your mobile phone.

How do I get into the event using this secure digital ticket? +

  1. Open your Buccaneers/Ticketmaster app or go to http://bccn.rs/am using your mobile browser.
  2. Sign into your account and locate the event you want to scan.
  3. Tap the View Barcode link on your ticket to show your barcode.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single device? +

Yes. You can swipe to view multiple tickets within a single event, however, transferring each attendee their ticket is the preferred way of entering Raymond James Stadium. Transferring tickets provides:

  1. A way for all ticket holders to obtain updates before and during an event.
  2. Accessibility to their seat information at all times.
  3. An easy way to enter Raymond James Stadium without having to wait for your friends and family.

What if my entire group isn't with me when I'm ready to enter? +

Transfer tickets to your group in advance – so you don't have to wait to get into the event. Since each person entering the venue (regardless of age) will need a ticket to get in, you can transfer each member their ticket individually prior to arrival. Head to your Buccaneers or Ticketmaster Account to transfer tickets.

Will the person I transfer the ticket to need a Buccaneers or Ticketmaster account? +

Yes. If they don't already, they can create one when they accept the ticket(s).

What if connectivity/mobile service is unavailable at the venue or my phone breaks, dies, or is lost before I arrive?+

To avoid any delays, we highly recommend downloading the Buccaneers app, and viewing your ticket before you arrive to the event. The app will have save the ticket, reducing the dependency on venue Wi-Fi. However, if you run into any issues, please visit the Raymond James Stadium Box Office on game day. The box office opens 3 hours before kick-off.
