• Ponchos if worn or carried over the arm or in the original factory sealed package
• Blankets/towels if unrolled or unfolded
• Small, handheld radios or TVs with earphones
• Binoculars and still, non-professional cameras; Video cameras and still cameras of the “point and shoot” variety with removable lenses are NOT permitted.
• Banners/flags without sticks or poles
• Empty spray bottle
• Fanny packs
• Diaper bags
