Disability Services

Services for Guests with Disabilities

Raymond James Stadium was designed to offer an exciting, comfortable experience for everyone. Parking, seating, concessions, restrooms, water fountains and signage follow guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Parking

ADA parking spaces for non-season ticket holders are available on a first-come, first-served basis in Lot A/3D off Dale Mabry and Lot B/C off Himes Avenue, close to the stadium. A disabled parking permit is required. Please have proper identification.

If you have a disability and need transportation from other parking lots, please notify the parking lot supervisor.

Accessible Drop-off

Guests with disabilities may be dropped off near stadium entrances at the gate indicated on their tickets.

Gates A, D and West Club: From Dale Mabry Highway travel east on Tom McEwen Blvd and enter near Lot D outside the bollards.

Gates B, C and East Club: From Himes Avenue enter at Lot B outside the bollards.

Public or chartered transportation may drop off guests with disabilities at entrances A and C. For transportation from parking lots 1-10, notify the parking lot supervisor.

Stadium Entrances

Elevator for guests with disabilities with general tickets are located at Gates A and C. Guests with disabilities with club/suite tickets have access to elevators located just inside the club/suite entrance. Escalators and ramps are also located at each gate.

Seating

Accessible seating is available in all areas of the stadium, including the club level and luxury suites. Gurney viewing positions are available in the end zone areas.

First Aid

First aid stations are located on the ground level near Ramp C and on the main concourse and upper concourses near Ramps B and D. The first aid stations located on the main and upper concourses as well as the elevator lobbies at Gates A and C offer climate-controlled areas for general-ticketed guests with disabilities.

Power Stations

Several wheelchair areas have power stations for wheelchair recharging, respirators, etc. Please locate a disabled/wheelchair area supervisor for assistance.

Special Needs Program

The Special Needs Program allows guests with disabilities to bring medically necessary items into the stadium. Documentation is required. Please contact stadium personnel in advance to make arrangements at 813-350-6500.

Special Dietary/Medical Needs

Check with security at entrance gates to store special needs items (e.g., refrigerated prescription drugs) as these items are prohibited in seating areas. Bottled water and complimentary cups of ice are available at concession stands. Recessed, wheelchair-accessible water fountains are located near the ramps of the main and upper concourses. The club lounge offers water fountains near the middle and corner restrooms.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted inside the stadium. Please contact the stadium in advance to make arrangements  for your animal companion by calling 813-350-6500.

Telephones

Courtesy telephones are located at information booths throughout the facility. The stadium office TDD phone number is 1-800-955-8771. If you have a general problem or need assistance, text 33607 with your issue and location or call 813-350-6501.
