Who owns the stadium?

Raymond James Stadium is owned by the Tampa Sports Authority (Hillsborough County, and managed by the Tampa Sports Authority). The naming rights to the stadium are under contract with the St. Petersburg-based financial services firm, Raymond James Financial, Inc.

Can I purchase event tickets at the stadium?

The event organizers/promoters will decide whether tickets for their event will be sold at the ticket office, which is located on the south side of the stadium. Please contact the individual organizer/promoter for information concerning ticket sales. Unless otherwise noted, the stadium ticket office is open the day of the event only.

Tickets for most events are sold online through Ticketmaster or you may call them by phone at 1-800-745-3000. Please be aware that availability of ticket dates, times of will call windows, as well as refunds of ticket purchases are at the discretion of the event organizer/promoter.

Where are the ticket office and will call windows located?

The ticket office and will call windows are located in the South Plaza, which is located between gates C and D.

Where can I buy Buccaneers tickets?

Buccaneer tickets can be purchase through the Buccaneer Ticket Office at One Buccaneer Place.

Where can I buy Buccaneers/Bulls merchandise?

On game day, Buccaneers/Bulls merchandise is sold at souvenir stands located throughout the stadium.

Does the Stadium have a permanent gift shop?

No.

How much is parking? When do the lots open?

Please refer to the Directions/Parking section of the site for detailed information about parking fees, lot locations, restrictions and times.

How early do the stadium gates open prior to an event?

Gates open 90 minutes prior to the start of the event unless otherwise posted.

What is the stadium phone number?

The Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) office can be reached at 813-350-6500. Raymond James Stadium can also be reached via TDD through the Florida Relay Service at 800-955-8771.

Is disabled seating available, and where is it located?

Disabled seating is available in all areas of the stadium at all price points, including club level and luxury suites. Gurney viewing positions are available in the end zone areas. If you need assistance or information regarding disabled seating, please call 813-350-6500.

How many people can the stadium hold?

Total capacity is 65,890.

Are all of the stadium seats the same size?

No. General admission seating (red seats) measures 19″ wide and 32″-33″ from one seat back to the next. Club seats (pewter seats) measure 21″ wide, with 32″‑33″ from one seat back to the next and are cushioned.

Can I take a tour of the stadium?

Tours of Raymond James Stadium are available year-round on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, subject to stadium availability. Group tours (reservations required) are available at 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. and require at least 10 guests. General walk-up tours are conducted at 2 p.m. and do not require reservations. Can I bring food and drink into the stadium?

No. Stadium personnel are authorized to search all bags or purses that are brought into the stadium.

Is smoking allowed in Raymond James Stadium?

Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas.

How can I report fan conduct issues during a game?

Report the problem and your location (section, row, seat) by dialing 813-350-6501 or texting details to 33607. You may also visit one of the Guest Services/Information Booths at any point during an event. Stadium staff will be ready to assist.

Are cameras or camcorders allowed in the stadium?

Camcorders are NOT allowed inside Raymond James Stadium. Cameras with lens/body/filter shorter than 12″ are allowed for all events.

Can banners and signs be brought into the stadium?

Only handheld signs are permitted at events. Signage and/or flags cannot be hung or attached anywhere in the stadium.

Do you offer any special programs for children?

Yes, Tag-a-Fan is a free service that allows parents to identify children and other guests with a wristband displaying the guest’s seat location.

Who is Tampa Sports Authority and what does it do?

Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) was created by action of the Florida Legislature in May 28, 1965 to “plan, develop and maintain a comprehensive complex of sports and recreational facilities.”

The TSA owns, by virtue of a deed of conveyance by the legislature in its enabling act:

  • 134 acres known as the “Stadium Complex” (formerly Tampa Stadium) and its parking lots
  • The Raymond James Stadium and its parking lots
  • The Authority operates three golf courses: Babe Zaharias, Rocky Point and Rogers Park. The courses are owned by the city of Tampa and operate financially independent of the stadium.

How was the stadium financed?

The stadium was paid for by voter referendum. The majority of funds came from state sales tax ($20 million) and a community investment tax ($11 million). The remainder (approximately 8%) was funded by a half-penny rebate and tourist development tax.

Do non-profit organizations work the concession stands?

Yes. Please contact Levy Restaurants 813-350-6401 for more information.

Am I allowed to collect money for a cause or pass out anything?

Not without prior authorization from the licensee.

What hotels and restaurants are close to the stadium?

Can I buy RV/camper parking in advance?

Passes are not sold in advance, but RV/camper parking is available for a majority of our events. Please see our parking and directions page for more information.

Is overnight parking allowed?

Overnight parking is not allowed on Raymond James Stadium property. This applies to all vehicles including campers and RVs.

Are noisemakers allowed in the stadium for any event?

No. Noisemakers are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, horns/air horns, artificial noisemakers, vuvuzelas and aerosol cans.

Are fans allowed to place messages on the stadium message boards during events?

For Buccaneer games, please contact the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 813-870-2700. There is a charge for this service and may not be available for all events. The USF Bulls do not permit game day announcements.
